En 2014 se realiz\u00f3 Bienvenidos un cortometraje inspirado en el proyecto Luces para Aprender de la mano del director espa\u00f1ol Javier Fesser y la productora Pel\u00edculas P\u00e9ndelton. El estreno tuvo lugar en una sala del centro de Madrid en diciembre \u00a02015.<\/p>\n

La pel\u00edcula Bienvenidos muestra la llegada de internet a las escuelas de comunidades donde no hay electricidad, con la idea de mostrar la realidad que all\u00ed viven y los cambios que la conectividad que aporta Luces para Aprender puede generar.<\/p>\n

Los actores que aparecen en Bienvenidos son residentes de pueblos cercanos a Cajamarca y los protagonistas, ni\u00f1os cajamarquinos: Anny, Alidel y Gisela, peque\u00f1os actores por naturaleza.<\/p>\n

Como resultado de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la OEI y el Gobierno de Arag\u00f3n, con el prop\u00f3sito de difundir del cortometraje \u201cBienvenidos\u201d, se elaboraron dos gu\u00edas educativas (nivel primaria y nivel secundaria) para la explotaci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica y la promoci\u00f3n de la intercomunicaci\u00f3n entre los centros educativos aragoneses y los centros educativos del \u00e1rea de influencia de la OEI.<\/p>\n

Las gu\u00edas contribuyen a trabajar diferentes contenidos en el aula en los distintos niveles educativos: derechos de los ni\u00f1os, derecho a la educaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y de la comunicaci\u00f3n (TIC), alfabetizaci\u00f3n audiovisual, crecimiento, reflexi\u00f3n personal etc.<\/p>\n
